Before determining the most appropriate amount of use, trials should be carried out with minimum amounts, taking into account the restrictions specified in the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Additives.

For 1 kg of meat, 10 - 20 ml of meat tenderizer is used and should be left for at least 1 hour. It may vary depending on the thickness of the meat and the degree of softness desired. Using trial and error method, it is recommended to control the meat until it reaches the desired degree of softness. It is important to keep the meat in the refrigerator during the marinating process. Marinating at room temperature can cause bacterial growth and compromise food safety. Remember that it cooks faster during the frying process, as the meat becomes tender after marinating with a meat tenderizer. Therefore, do not fry the meat immediately after marinating, it is recommended to rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature and then fry the meat. Instead of frying the meat on high heat, you can choose to cook it for a longer time on medium heat, it prevents the meat from drying out more quickly.
