How Much Do Shipping Fees Cost for My Orders?

Shipping costs vary depending on the total volume and weight of the items in your order and where they will be shipped.


Instead of calculating them one by one, please put the items you want to buy into your shopping cart, then click the complete order button in your shopping cart.

How do we make our shipments?


Shipments are basically made through two main logistics channels at Ham Maddeler.com: Cargo companies and warehouses.


Cargo companies generally deliver the fastest and highest service quality for products up to 100 kg and are preferred by our customers. For orders of 100 kg or more, the warehouses offer the most affordable cost.



The warehouse company, on the other hand, is determined together with our customer, depending on the region to which the shipment will be made and the prices. For this, after you complete your orders that you want to be sent with the warehouse, a logistics specialist will call you, transfer the current alternatives to you and offer you the most suitable warehouse option, and your shipment will be realized with the warehouse alternative that you approve.



Here are some of our special shipping alternatives:


Payment at the Door: While
the products you purchased are delivered to you by our cargo company, the invoice fee is also collected. It is presented as an alternative payment tool to bank transfer for our customers who do not want to pay by credit card. (There is an extra fee.)

 



How Does the Shipping Process Begin?


There is a confirmation phase in order to ensure shopping safety in all orders placed on our site. According to the payment method you prefer when creating your order, our relevant department receives the approval of your order and your order enters the preparation process .

 
 


Preparation Process of Your Order:


- With the reflection of the order amount to our bank accounts, in your orders that you have paid by money order/EFT,

- With the completion of the credit card security check and the approval of the expenditure, for your orders paid by credit card,

- It starts with the confirmation of the order by our customer service for your payment at the door orders.




Shipment Time:


- Average delivery time may vary according to product groups.
 
- Products with the fast shipping logo are delivered to the cargo within the same day after the order confirmation process is completed.
 
- Products without express shipping logo can be shipped in 3 working days on average, and there may be short delays due to the supply process infrequently. In such cases, detailed information is given to our customers by our customer service.

- Orders that coincide with public holidays and public holidays are considered received on the first following business day, if the payment information is confirmed.


You will be informed if the supply period of the products in your order is extended or cannot be supplied. For products that have problems in their supply, you can request a refund of the payment or wait for the product to be supplied.



How many days will it take you after your order is shipped?


After your order is received from our company by the cargo companies, it normally reaches your city center in one or two days. If your delivery address is not a city centre, it may take a few days longer.

Where is my order?


After completing your order on Hammaler.com, you can follow the status of your order from your user menu.


When your order is shipped, you will also be sent an e-mail and SMS, to which cargo your order was sent to, the web order number and the cargo tracking number.

You can make an inquiry by typing your web order number into the Cargo Tracking menu search box on the left column of Ham Maddeler.com.

Web order number and shipping tracking number are two different numbers.

While you can use your web order number for cargo inquiries and at the cargo branch on Hammaler.com, you can use your cargo tracking number only when contacting the cargo.

For this reason, you are given a web order number, not a cargo tracking number, on Hammaddeler.com.


You can make inquiries by typing your phone number (not zero at the beginning) into the Search box of the Cargo Tracking menu on Ham Maddeler.com, for your orders placed by phone.
