ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Nejat Ebcioğlu was born in 1934 in Istanbul. After completing his education and working life in the same city, he retired to Marmaris' İçmeler town in 1982. He stayed there for fifteen and a half years, growing many fruit trees, ornamental plants, vegetables and flowers in his two-acre garden. Later, he migrated to Antalya in 1997 and translated the famous English publisher Dorling Kindersley's Pocket Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants into our language. Then, Useful Plants for Our Health for Remzi Bookstore; Living Room and Balcony Plants; Vegetables and fruits; Annual and Perennial Garden Flowers; Garden Ornamental Plants; He worked on the book called Cacti and Succulent Plants. These seven books have been published and appreciated...
Ebcioğlu has concentrated all its activities on plants in recent years. Another product of this kind of work is the book in your hand.
